Polybutylene terephthalate, also known as polytetramethyl terephthalate. PBT for short. It's a condensation of terephthalic acid and 1,4-Butanediol. PBT and PET together are called thermoplastic polyesters.

Usage
A. Electrical and electronic appliances: connectors, switch parts, household appliances, accessories parts, small electric cover or (heat resistance, flame resistance, electrical insulation, molding processing) ;
B. Automobile:
1. External parts: the main corner grille, the engine vent hole cover, etc.
2. Internal parts: the main mirror strut, wiper bracket and control system valve;
3. Automobile electrical parts: automobile ignition coil winch and various electrical connectors, etc. .
(PBT is used in fewer cars than nylon, polycarbon, and polyformaldehyde, but with the advent of low-warping PBT, it is sure to find more use in auto parts.)
